How does body cupping work?
Through local suction, cupping aids with improving circulation which helps oxygen and nutrients to be delivered to the skin cells more efficiently which in turn can help to:

Always work towards the heart, but for best results, drain the lymph by moving the cups from the ankles to knees,
then knees to thighs.
If you wish to increase circulation and enhance the efficacy, circular or criss-cross movements can also be performed.
Move any dislodged waste to the lymph nodes by ending the procedure with draining movements.
Always ensure enough of a suitable medium is applied to keep the cup(s) moving and gliding while it is attached to
the skin. Failing to do so can result in a small bruise. Some redness is to be expected due to the vacuuming of small
sections of the skin. Excessive redness can be indicative of using too little product and/or not gliding the cups
correctly.
